The signature

The gift that does not guess

Fragrance is personal, and choosing it for someone else is a gamble even when you know them well. A gift card removes the guess without removing the gesture: you choose the amount and write the message, they choose the scent they will actually wear.

It arrives by email, it can be timed to a birthday or a morning that matters, and the balance carries until they spend it. If you would rather choose for them, the Discovery set lets them try five.

    Four denominations, from a roll-on to a full signature bottle with room to spare. The balance is stored value: it is theirs to spend as they decide, not a coupon against one product.

    Delivered by email, on your date

    Add a line in your words and choose when it arrives: the moment the order is paid, or a morning up to a year ahead. Send it to yourself instead if you would rather hand it over in person.

    They choose their trail

    The balance carries, and never expires

    They spend it on whatever they want from the collection. If they spend less than the full amount, the rest stays on the card for next time. Nothing is lost, and nothing expires.

    Any 100 ml from the men's, women's, or unisex collections: 20 to 25 percent concentration, the 15 layer VELUM longevity system, thirty days of maceration before release.

    Five full 10 ml Eau de Parfum sprays of their own choosing, in the matte black bookcase. The set most people reach for when they are still deciding on a signature.

  • A roll-on, or two

    The 10 ml roll-on for the bag or the desk drawer. Same formula, same maceration, sized for the day rather than the shelf.

    The collection grows. A card has no expiry, so it holds its value against anything released after you buy it.

Gift card questions

How is the ÉCLATAUR gift card delivered?

By email. You give the recipient's address at checkout and choose the date; the card is sent once the order is paid, or on the morning you picked, up to a year ahead. There is no physical card to ship, so a gift card on its own is never charged shipping and never asks for a delivery address.

Can a gift card be cancelled or refunded?

No. A gift card cannot be cancelled or refunded once it has been issued, and an order containing one cannot be cancelled. The reason is what a card is: the moment it is delivered it becomes spendable money, it can be spent by whoever received it rather than by you, and it can be spent within minutes. If you have ordered one by mistake, write to us before it is delivered and we will help where we can. On an order that also contains bottles, the bottles follow the usual returns policy; the card does not.

Does the gift card expire?

No. The balance does not expire and there are no dormancy or service fees. Whatever is left on the card stays on the card.

What if the order costs less than the card?

The remainder stays on the card. Gift cards are stored value rather than a one-time discount, so a $100 card spent on a $60 order leaves $40 for the next one.

What if the order costs more than the card?

The card covers what it can and the rest is charged to your card or PayPal at checkout. You can apply more than one gift card to the same order.

Can I send the gift card to myself?

Yes. Tick the box in the buy block and the card comes to you, so you can print it or pass it on in person. The message and the amount are unchanged.

Can a gift card be used on a discounted order?

Yes. The card is applied as payment, so it works alongside any promotion the order already qualifies for. The card itself is never discounted or bought at a reduction.

What if I want to gift more than one card?

Add a card, then add another. Each card carries its own recipient, message, and send date, so two cards in one order can go to two different people on two different days.
