Why only five testers?
Five is enough to explore a range without overwhelming the nose. Beyond that, scent fatigue sets in — and the decision becomes harder, not easier. Five keeps discovery focused and intentional.
Can I add a full bottle to the same order?
No. Tester orders ship separately from full-size so you can experience each scent on skin, in your own time, before committing. This also ensures you receive the $10 credit toward your first committed purchase.
When do I receive the $10 credit?
Once your tester tray is delivered, a single-use code arrives by email. It’s valid for 90 days on any ÉCLATAUR order of $100 or more.
Are roll-ons available as testers?
Not at this time. The Prelude offers spray testers only. The roll-on format is crafted for intimate, layered wear and is best experienced at the full 10ml size.
Can I return testers?
Tester orders are final sale. A refund would void the $10 credit and the purpose of the Prelude — discovery without obligation to a full bottle.
