How ÉCLATAUR ships handcrafted luxury perfume safely across the United States via ground transportation.

Evenore Solutions LLC (dba ÉCLATAUR) is committed to ensuring your fragrance arrives safely and compliantly. Please read this policy carefully regarding our shipping methods and restrictions within the United States.

Shipping Destinations (USA Only)

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States and its territories.

  • International: We do not ship internationally at this time.
  • P.O. Boxes: We accept shipping to P.O. Boxes via USPS Ground Advantage only.

Free Shipping Threshold

We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $79 shipped within the contiguous United States. The discount is applied automatically at checkout once your cart subtotal meets the threshold.

Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Guam due to ocean freight surcharges.

Hazardous Materials and Ground Shipping

Perfume and alcohol-based fragrances are classified by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) as Class 3 Flammable Liquids.

  • Ground Only: Federal law prohibits us from shipping perfume via air transport (e.g., Next Day Air, Priority Mail Express) without specialized hazardous material contracts.
  • Method: All orders are shipped via Standard Ground Transportation (USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground).
  • No Expedited Options: We cannot offer overnight or 2-day air shipping for any order containing full-sized fragrance bottles, testers, or Discovery Sets.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

While we do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam, please be aware of significant transit delays due to ocean freight requirements:

  • Because your package cannot fly, it must travel by ocean freight.
  • Transit Time: Deliveries to non-contiguous states and territories may take 3 to 5 weeks to arrive.
  • Free shipping promotions do not apply to these destinations. Calculated shipping rates will be shown at checkout.

Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: Please allow 2 to 4 business days for us to handcraft, bottle, inspect, and pack your order at our Sunnyvale, Texas facility. Every ÉCLATAUR fragrance is macerated for 30 days before release, so we do not ship from a mass warehouse.
  • Shipping Time: Once the carrier picks up your package, ground delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days within the contiguous 48 states.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Ground Shipping: Automatically applied to all contiguous U.S. orders over $79.
  • Calculated Rates: Orders under $79 are charged calculated ground shipping rates based on package weight and delivery distance from Sunnyvale, Texas. Rates are shown at checkout before payment.
  • Taxes: Texas residents are charged 8.25% sales tax as required by state law. Tax is calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking and Delivery

  • Confirmation: You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your shipping label is created.
  • Carrier Updates: Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update after label creation.
  • Risk of Loss: ÉCLATAUR is not responsible for packages once they have been marked Delivered by the carrier. Please ensure you are shipping to a secure location to prevent theft or loss.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
  • Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we will refund the cost of the items minus the original shipping charges. If you wish to have the order re-shipped, you must pay for a new shipping label.

Damages and Leaks in Transit

We pack our glass bottles rigorously, but damage can occasionally occur during transit.

  • Reporting Window: If your order arrives damaged or leaking, you must notify us at support@eclataur.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Proof Required: Please attach clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box. We cannot process a replacement or insurance claim without photographic proof.
  • Resolution: Verified damage claims are resolved with a free replacement shipment at no cost to you.
