How do I become a member?
Create an ÉCLATAUR account. Membership is complimentary. Sign in when you order so eligible purchases belong to your account. New accounts receive 100 welcome points, once per account. Welcome points are available immediately to exchange for store credit in your account.
Which purchases earn points?
Eligible merchandise earns points at your current tier's rate. Gift card purchases, shipping and tax do not earn points. Refunded or cancelled purchases have their points adjusted.
When can I use my points?
Order points become available 45 days after they are earned. Once you have 100 available points, exchange them in your account for $5 in store credit, then apply the credit at checkout.
Do points and membership tiers expire?
Points expire 12 months after they are earned. Your tier follows your spending over the most recent 12 months, rather than your lifetime spending. Your account shows your balance and standing.
Do I have to receive the newsletter?
No. Atelier Notes is optional. If you choose to subscribe, confirm your email using the link we send. You can unsubscribe without losing your membership.
